What’s up y’all!!
I’m literally chilling in a hotel room in Illinois writing this…gotta get it in when you can 🙂 Gig life babay!!! I’m super excited for the gigs this month. It’s getting back into my busy season, so if you get a chance, be sure to come on out!
I’m so stoked with how the songs are coming out for this first EP! Steve Tyner at Black Cat Recording is killing it. Plus, all the guest musicians are fantastic!!!! Ryan Lantz, Lucas Pate, Steve Offerman, Matt Stone, Danny Metzer, and Matt McGuyer are such awesome guys for helping a girl out on this project. You gotta love when you get to hear the songs that play in your head come to life!!! We only have to record me now. It’s so close I can taste it!!! I’ll be sure to let you guys know when the EP comes out 🙂
I’ve slowly been weeding through the band applications and I’m still auditioning for my new band. If you know anyone that would like to play a few times a month, willing to travel, is reliable and willing to create; please have them send videos and contact info to [email protected]! I have to say, I’ve enjoyed watching the videos of the people reaching out so far. It’s amazing the talent that is in the area!!
